Provide high-quality paralegal, legal administrative, and corporate records support to NANA Regional Corporation (NRC) and designated subsidiaries. This role sustains NRC’s corporate governance, annual meeting and Board election processes, entity compliance, transaction support, litigation/eDiscovery coordination, and Alaska-focused statutory research—with a premium on accuracy, confidentiality, and service to shareholders.

Weather: Indoors - environmentally controlled; requires most or all work to be done inside.
