- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, business, finance or other closely related business field is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial banking industry, with a knowledge of cash management, and banking function is required.
- Experience of commercial banking platforms in one area or another required.
- Medium to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required.
- Effective project management experience preferred.
- Treasury management software (TMS) experience preferred.
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience preferred.
- Experience in administering financial software and platforms preferred.
- Experience managing company credit card programs preferred.
- Experience in reading and using financial statements prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Weather: Indoors - environmentally controlled; requires most or all work to be done inside.
Noise level: The noise level in the work environment is usually that of a standard office atmosphere.
Description of environment: Office building with standard office environment. Must have the ability to work remotely as needed and in accordance with NANA’s remote work and hybrid polices and procedures.
Physical requirements: Employee is required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.
Travel: Occasional travel for training purposes on a case by case basis.
