Reporting to the Director of Shareholder Employment Advancement, the position is responsible for managing and administering programs and activities that advance the education and training opportunities for NANA shareholders. This position is responsible for the support of shareholder education and training at NANA and its family of companies.
**This position is an onsite position in Anchorage, Alaska. We are not offering a fully remote work option at this time.**

Weather: Indoors: environmentally controlled; requires most or all work to be done inside unless traveling to businesses, environments will vary depending on industry.

Description of environment: Standard office environment
Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time within the NANA Region and to other locations as needed. Work to be done in both urban and non-urban areas using many different means of transportation.

The position requires reading, detailed work, problem solving, interactions with other companies including other NANA companies, reasoning, math, language, presentations, verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, will require the employee in the position to manage multiple concurrent tasks, and handle constant interruptions.
